Before You Request Care.
A few of the questions patients commonly have when considering private postoperative nursing.
View All FAQs →Do I need a physician referral?
Elevé provides supplemental private postoperative nursing requested by the patient. Eligibility is reviewed based on the procedure, discharge plan, recovery setting and requested services.
Can my nurse stay at my hotel?
Eligible patients may receive care in a private residence, hotel or another approved postoperative recovery setting.
What if I already have family helping me?
Family support and professional nursing can work together. Some patients use Elevé for focused check-ins while others choose surgery-day, overnight or extended nursing so family members do not have to manage the clinical aspects of recovery alone.
How do I know which service I need?
You do not need to decide before contacting us. Submit your surgery details and the type of support you are considering. Relevant options can then be reviewed with you.
Does Elevé replace my surgeon or home health?
No. Elevé provides supplemental scheduled postoperative nursing. It does not replace your surgeon, emergency services, medically necessary home health, physical therapy, occupational therapy or other provider-ordered care.
